Previously on ‘Sugar Stories’: Kimo meets up with some friends of his in a bar, and finds out that Henri has gotten back with his ex, Max. He decides to tell Henri that their relationship is over, and to put a lot of effort, instead, into the new loving relationship which he is beginning to experience with Jin. As for Didier, he is gradually beginning to understand the source of his neuroses and perhaps even also the sources of his relationship problems, thanks to his therapy sessions with the “parapsychologist” Adan Grimder. We also witness the return of Arnaud, who is now working as a journalist; he is closely following current political events in Zouaria, an African country in which the situation is becoming extremely heated and tense as the elections draw near. His attention is, however, briefly distracted by an unexpected encounter: he runs into Jérémie, with whom his relationship has been very strained since Season One. He attempts to offer an apology, but Jérémie is not prepared to accept it. Jérémie goes away, followed by a rather dubious, shifty-looking individual. Now read on…
